    The excellent service and the attention to detail! I enjoyed the room and its elegant decor. The continental breakfast was to die for. The staff were incredibly helpful and very professional all the time.

    nice overall experience. the very central location, exceptional staff - cool and fabulous hotel. modern room, updated with a view of the sacre-coeur. incredibly nice breakfast with option of hot food ordered alacarte, wonderful drinks. excellent service throughout.

    We had a wonderful time in this small hotel in Paris. 2. 3. It was also really close to all the landmarks and nice restaurants/cafes and the Opera Garnier and the Galeries Lafayette.

    Booked an executive double room and got upgraded to a junior suite. Room is quite spacious with a large bathroom and intriguing interior design. The hotel is very close to one of the major shopping areas (Lafayette and Printemps) in Paris. Convenient access to all major tourist attractions with metro. Friendly staff who know what you are looking for.

    Weak wi-fi coverage in the room would be the only disadvantage. Saw some hotel guests have to come down to the lobby to access the wi-fi. Think the breakfast buffet (21 euro per person per day) is overpriced but the nearby grocery store and cafes offer great breakfast deal.

    I recently stayed at Hotel Banke during my trip to Paris. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even surprised us with a sweet gift of chocolate and wine. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to Galeries Lafayette and close to many restaurants. The attention to detail and hospitality at this hotel was outstanding. We especially appreciate the kind staff who took care of me when I fell ill. Their personalized service and genuine kindness made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Good location, impressive lobby and cozy room. Staff is excellent: friendly and helpful.

    Breakfast, bar drinks and minibar are overpriced.Would be also nice to have tea/coffee facilities and the shoehorn in the room.

    The staff were incredibly kind and check-in was early. And they fixed problem right away. The room was compact and modern, enjoyed exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was particularly nice.

    The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent, clean, and comfy. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. We received thoughtful surprises, like chocolates and a bottle of wine.

    Great ambience. The small touches in the room were great - the decor, amenities, chocolates etc.

    I don't think the hotel should advertise that it has a gym. It is basically a corridor with 2 bikes.
